Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy covers orders placed on Valiep, a marketplace operated by Version 6 LLC. It works alongside our Refund and Return Policy and the Terms of Service.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Carrier and cost
- Orders ship by UPS Ground.
- Shipping is free on listings marked free shipping. Any shipping charge for a listing is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
- Handling: orders ship within 3 business days of purchase.
- Transit: UPS Ground delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after the order ships.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, its UPS tracking number is added to your order. You can see it in your Valiep account under your orders.
Damaged or lost items
- If an item arrives damaged, contact the seller from your order within 14 days of delivery, with photos of the item and the packaging.
- If tracking shows no progress or your order has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, contact the seller from your order.
- If it cannot be resolved with the seller, email [email protected] with your order number. Eligible cases are handled under our Refund and Return Policy.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. See the Refund and Return Policy for details.
Valiep is a multi-seller marketplace. Independent sellers list everyday goods, collectibles, and specialty finds. Buyers shop many shops in one place. Sellers keep 90 percent of each completed sale. Valiep keeps a 10 percent marketplace fee.
